I contacted AGG Doors for a quote for a garage roller door. I received a prompt response and an arranged date and time for the estimate. Mitch, the quoter kept me informed about his arrival. He provided an extremely thorough inspection of my garage and informed me of the challenges and the options available. Once we’d agreed on the type of door and motor, and the required extras, the order was placed. A few weeks later the door was ready for delivery and installation. Have used AGG Doors for a few times. Malcolm, the technician serviced both our garage roller doors today and he did a fantastic job. He also serviced my garage doors in 2023. Each time he comes with a cheerful and friendly temperament. He is always helpful whenever he is asked to do some extra e.g he connected my new remote control with the system and also replaced the batteries for both the wall switch for the respective door. I asked a few questions and he patiently explained to me. His helpful, friendly and professional approach to servicing is a great asset to the company. I will request for his service in the future when possible. The pricing is reasonable. I was given a quote over the phone and they kept to the price.
